1.
He will give you strength when you feel powerless Fear
thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed;
for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I
will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the
right hand of my righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10)
2. God is always
by your side, even in the darkest of moments
And
the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he
will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither
forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
(Deuteronomy 31:8)
3. He will protect
you
But
thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and
the lifter up of mine head. (Psalm 3:3)
4. He hears your
cries
I
waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined
unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also
out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and
set my feet upon a rock, and established my
goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth,
even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and
fear, and shall trust in the LORD. (Psalm 40:1-3)
5. He is near to
the brokenhearted and will save those whose
Spirits feel crushed
The
LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken
heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite
spirit. Many are the afflictions of the
righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of
them all. (Psalm 34:18-19)
6. He will bring
you rest when you feel weary and burdened
Come
unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you,
and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in
heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
(Matthew 11:28-30)
7. He will renew
your strength, even if you feel helpless
But
they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their
strength; they shall mount up with wings as
eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and
they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)
8. He will not
break you
A
bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking
flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth
judgment unto truth. (Isaiah 42:3)
9. Nothing can
separate us from the love of God
For
I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor
angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor
things present, nor things to come, Nor height,
nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able
to separate us from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
